Kelly seeks to effectuate the leadership doctrine taught by his grandfather, Carnig Nersesian, which states that to be a leader you must simply recognize a societal need, then fill that need. To that end Kelly remains dedicated to serving as a mentor, guide, and resource to future generations of professionals and attorneys.
