Course Description.

Modern dating has given rise to feelings of increasing isolation and disorientation, intensely shaped by inherited social rules. Many individuals navigate relationships without a shared language to articulate the imbalance, nor a space to ask candid questions. These virtual Q&A seminars are designed to transform that experience. Led by Professor Christine E. Ohenewah—a law-trained educator, former White Collar criminal defense lawyer, and founder of The Elizabeth Tweneboah Foundation—each 75-minute session applies legal and sociological reasoning to the complexities of modern relationships. Legal concepts such as intent, duress, reasonableness, and duty are examined as they manifest in interpersonal dynamics, providing participants with frameworks to understand how power, attraction, and intimacy deeply intersect. Instead of issuing prescriptive advice, responses serve as structured analysis that fosters disciplined self-awareness and intentionality. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Two Cohorts ◘Men’s Sessions: A space to examine dating challenges, masculine identity, pressures to perform, and achieving purpose with honesty and intellectual rigor. ◘Women’s Sessions: An opportunity to unpack common misleading assumptions about masculinity and gender scripts, power dynamics, and strategies for navigating intimacy with agency and discernment. Cohorts are intentionally gender-specific to foster openness and candor.
