Our Editorial Philosophy.

The Tweneboah Journal of Innovative Jurisprudence welcomes creative and rigorous contributions that explore law through the lens of personal wisdom and individual transformation. We recognize that everyday encounters with law constitute legitimate and necessary legal knowledge and that the future of legal scholarship must reflect the full spectrum of how people encounter and shape the law in real life.

We create a forum for voices that might not find a home in traditional legal publications: practitioners reflecting honestly on their work, community members sharing their encounters with legal systems, students offering fresh and thoughtful perspectives, and scholars willing to bring their whole selves to their research. We seek work that stretches the boundaries between narrative and analysis, personal story and legal theory, rigorous scholarship and deeply human insight. Our goal is to spotlight legal contributions that honor law’s capacity to foster growth, connection, and healing.
